The engine
One engine. It chooses the model.
The web apps are not downloaded: you use them from this site, in the browser. On your computer you install one thing only, the AssoSoftware engine: the program that runs the artificial intelligence and keeps folders and archives in order. You do not have to choose anything: on installation the engine measures your computer — processor, memory, graphics card — and downloads by itself, once only, the most suitable model from its public source. From about 1.7 GB on the simplest computers to over 25 GB on those with a dedicated graphics card.

If Windows warns that the file is not commonly downloaded, choose «More info → Run anyway»: it happens with new programs that are not yet signed. If the computer cannot handle even the smallest model, the web apps open anyway, without the model's features. Detailed requirements in Requirements (in Italian).
Where it works
The site everywhere, the engine wherever it can run
The web apps are pages of the site: they open in the browser of any computer, tablet or phone. The artificial intelligence features, instead, are run by the engine, which must sit on the device and run a model. Here is today's situation, told as it is.

Every package contains a LEGGIMI (read me) file with the installation steps, in Italian; in all of them the engine chooses the model. The Android package is used inside Termux and has not yet been tested on a real phone. On iPhone and iPad Apple does not allow installing an engine outside the App Store: the route being studied is a small model that runs directly inside the browser, with nothing to install.
The model works at your place
The engine runs the model on your computer: no queue on other people's servers, and what you write is sent to nobody.
Your data stays yours
Every web app keeps its data on this computer, in the browser and in the AssoSoftware folder you choose. Passwords are never stored in plain text. How the archives are built (in Italian).
